Bin Bin Gallery does not offer returns or refunds for any their products. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet our conditions at our sole discretion. Kindly read the conditions mentioned below regarding damaged of missing items.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or a product is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Follow the following procedure to resolve the issue:

1. Contact us: Whatsapp us through text within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

2. Provide Details: Give details of order and you complete details including a description of the issue.

3. Unpacking Video: Provide proof of the issue by attaching a clear video of the unpacking process from start to finish with focus on the damaged or missing item.

4. Response: We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping

• Currently Binbin Gallery is offering shipping across Lahore.

• Standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 is applied at checkout. We are a small business and this shipping fee helps us deliver your purchase successfully to your doorstep.

• Delivery is made within 3 to 5 working days after order placement. In case of online payment through Jazz Cash or Easypaise, the delivery time will be counted after confirmation of payment via payment screenshot shared on our Whatsapp number 0300-4872178.

• For orders of Rs. 8,000 or more, 30% payment will be made in advance. After placing your order transfer the advance payment online via Jazz Cash or Easypaisa and share its screenshot on our Whatsapp number 0300-4872178 to proceed with your delivery.
